A little catch-up

Here are some pics from the summer of our sweet little kids.

Kees has become obsessed with Thomas trains over the last few months. He knows all of their names, and he just loves hooking them together and will play with them for hours. It's pretty adorable. In this particular instance he kept saying, "Oh James! Oh Gordon!" He plays so nicely by himself. His big brother has taught him well. 

Calvin likes to read books to his little brother. He has memorized several of the Thomas books and can recite them perfectly to Kees. 

For Calvin's birthday Uncle Andy gave him a really cool set of golf clubs and has been giving Calvin little golf lessons. Calvin LOVES it and pretty much thinks his Uncle Andy is the coolest ever. 

We had a nice, fairly uneventful summer. We enjoyed some lovely Seattle weather, spent a lot of time with friends and family, and just enjoyed hanging out together. It's been fun this summer to watch their relationship grow and see how much they love each other and how well they play together. We have some pretty fun little boys.
