Calvin's new things

Calvin just turned 9 months! Here are his doctor's visit stats:

Big boy! We've also started introducing lots of new foods over the past few weeks - tofu, chicken, cheese, yogurt, etc. We're working on giving him little chunks on his tray and letting him attempt to pick them up himself. So far this has big very unproductive. But he'll get the hang of it.

Here is Calvin and his friend Koah, 10 weeks older, having a little play date. This is a fun pair because their temperments are very similar, as are their size and development. They've just started to seem interested in one another, which is fun. It's also fascinating to watch because they just have no sense of social skills, so there is lots of touching, toy stealing, etc.

"Koah, you just stole my toy ... why are you sad?"

Laughing at Henry squeaking his chicken. Nothing is better than this kid's laugh.

And the new thing! Snorting!!! You have to kind of listen to hear past my snorts of encouragement (sorry) ... he's been doing it nonstop lately. I think it's hysterical. Matt thinks it's tragic.
